What they wanted
Connemara Smokehouse is one of Ireland’s oldest traditional smokehouses. It is a family run business, which has been handcrafting internationally-renowned smoked seafood for three generations on the rugged west coast of Ireland.
With customers all over Europe and further afield, the Roberts family approached Grofuse seeking to provide their customers with an altogether simpler shopping experience online, while also showcasing the inspiring people, the idyllic place and the internationally renowned products of Connemara Smokehouse to maximum effect.
Owners Graham and Saoirse Roberts wanted a completely new website that looked as fresh as their products, loaded quickly and left visitors in no doubt as to their wealth of knowledge in traditional fish smoking methods by effectively telling their story.
What We Did

The result was a visually captivating, speedy, functioning website that offers exceptional user experience.
The unique Connemara Smokehouse story is now stylishly presented to impress the business’s target markets. The site is both enlightening and impressing visitors to the site, enticing them to buy and savour the wonderful Smokehouse product range for themselves.
