What They Wanted

Natural Stockcare wanted a new UK online store that looks professional, and highlights rich information about its brand and premium livestock supplement product lines.

The leading feed supplements and livestock nutrition manufacturer also wanted the new website to place emphasis on its contract manufacturing services for the provision of white label products to new partners in the sector.

The most significant objective of the project was to grow the brand in the UK market, so it was important to design and deliver a platform that not only looks good and works quickly, but also ensures hassle-free online ordering that reflects the company’s position as a trusted, efficient and professional supplier.

What We Did

The new website required all of the features of an online store, account login, customer details, complete checkout, shipping features and secure payment options.

Grofuse implemented our recommendations and suggestions on improving the overall user experience (UX) of the website, creating a positive user journey that aligns with the business’s existing marketing strategy.

Covering key navigation elements such as page flow, payment systems and functionality, our team significantly improved the user experience – increasing the time spent on the website by users, increasing products purchased and reducing cart abandonment.

The team also implemented a filter system, allowing users to filter by price and category of product such as sheep, cattle, goats etc. The site is also easily editable and accessible for the client to add products and edit content when required. Finally, the website is 100% secure to ensure customers are reassured while making payments.

The overall website represents the company professionally and features plenty of information about the brand to help gain the customer’s trust while increasing online brand awareness to target the UK market successfully.
