What They Wanted
Bridge Inn Dungloe is a community driven, family orientated inn with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht and overlooking spectacular Dungloe Bay, the Bridge Inn is a centre for tourism accommodation in west Donegal. They were looking for a partner to bring their brand to life – creating a strong identity that would express its values of quality, outstanding customer experience, great food and relaxing atmosphere. We partnered with the company to bring their brand vision, design a polished website and launch their online presence on platforms including Facebook and Instagram. As they were entering a growing marketplace, filled with competition, they wanted us to embed a booking system into their website and develop an integration between the website and booking.com to exchange booking dates.
What We Did
With Bridge Inn Dungloe, we were able to create a strong brand identify, launch an SEO-optimised website with high functionality, create an SEO strategy that would grow site visibility, establish a presence on Social Media channels and create engaging content for Social Media, all within a short time frame. In fact, one of their requirements was to finish the project before May, which is the opening of the season, and in order to speed up the process, we arranged a professional photographer to take some amazing photos of the rooms and the property in general.
The website we created has the capabilities to draw the user in and allow them to complete their purchase journey of booking a stay without leaving the site. The focus of the website took in both user-experience and SEO optimisation – meaning that the website was created with a solid foundation for future marketing activity.
The Booking Engine will handle and synchronize all of the direct reservations on the website with online booking channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB, TripAdvisor and more.
It was important for Bridge Inn Dungloe to quickly establish a strong presence on social media channels and to ensure a buzz in the tourism accommodation world. We created Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter profiles for the brand, and built up an audience, working closely with their team to perfect a tone of voice that conveyed the personality of the brand.
The result is a high-functioning website that put them on the map and helped them reach new audiences who were unaware of their getaway to relax, and enjoy drinks and good food with friends in traditional Irish style. Our integrated approach allowed us to deliver sustainable results above and beyond for our client. Our SEO campaign resulted in a significant increase in impressions and an increase in users visiting their website from organic search, increasing their online conversions. We managed to achieve all of the above by working closely with their internal team, to ensure that our marketing strategy was always in-line with their goals, KPIs and most importantly, their brand. Since the website launch, we have continued to work with Bridge Inn Dungloe to make any updates and expand the site with a carefully devised content strategy.
