To ensure that we met the tight deadline, we fast-tracked our proven process and moved our team onto this project. The first step was to hold an initial discovery meeting to fully understand what Connected Health wanted to achieve in Ireland.
A Grofuse growth consultant created a website brief of what was required, including every detail that our graphic design, content marketing, search engine optimisation, and development teams needed to hit the deadline.
The next step involved our content creator for this project interviewing the client to ensure we captured the appropriate tone and information needed for all pages. The content plan not only created copy for all pages, but it also had clear guidelines for H1 headers, sub-headers, structure, and flow with both SEO and user experience in mind.
Based on this information, our head designer created all pages using Adobe XD for both desktop and mobile versions. We sent the link to the client to add any comments directly onto Adobe so our designer could review them. Once the design was signed off, all files were sent to the development team to begin work. As this was a tight deadline, our IT team already had the staging site ready and the developer had the core structure created with all features prior to design sign-off.
After development and testing, we completed pre-launch SEO. Once approved by the client, we put the site live and completed all post-launch SEO checks and tests. We have 165 items in our checklist from the initial consultation to when the site goes live. The site officially went live on the 13th of February, as promised before their Valentine’s Day deadline – with a day to spare.
