In response to the first lockdown in March 2020, Grofuse created the software as a service (SAAS) product ‘Mercury Order Retail’. The software is fully designed around the needs of smaller retailers to help make shop local digital. It allows retailers to adapt quickly to online trading with simple to use and cost-effective home delivery and/click and collect services for their customers.
Covid-19 has been a catalyst in the surge of businesses investing in their online presence.
